Refund Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. Item must return the item within 7 Working days of your purchase.
If any product is received by the customer is damaged/ defective by the customer, due to any reason beyond our control. We will replace the same at no extra cost. Customers are requested to contact our customer care service team at +971556347555 in order to understand the process.
Conditions for Return:
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery.

3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.

Cancellation Policy
- Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours before order confirmation call;
- Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 15 Days for the refund transfer to be completed.
How long will the processing of my cancellation request take?
Once you put in a cancellation request for the item(s) in your order, Tradezone.ac will take a maximum of 1 to 2 business days for cancelling the order and initiating refund.
